Clery Act Training

The University is required to publish an Annual Security Report by October First of each year. Penn State’s Annual Security Report is titled “Policies, Safety, & U" and is published by University Police and Public Safety. This report provides statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred in Clery Geographic Locations. This report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies regarding sexual assault and alcohol and other drugs. The University distributes a notice of the availability of this Annual Security and Fire Safety Report by October First of each year to every member of the University community. Anyone, including prospective students and employees, may obtain a paper copy of this report by contacting the University’s Clery Compliance Office at 814-863-7459 or by visiting www.police.psu.edu/clery.
